And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, may have power, together with all the saints, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, and to know this love that surpasses knowledge – that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God
God’s love is beyond my comprehension. He is Love. I LOVE these verses so much because they remind me of how great His love is.
For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. And he will be called WONDERFUL COUNSELOR, MIGHTY GOD, EVERLASTING FATHER, PRINCE OF PEACE.
So thankful that my Lord is all of these. Praise Him for who He is, for there is none like Him.
For everyone who exalts himself will be humbled, and he who humbles himself will be exalted.”
This week, I found a common theme in the verses God put on my heart: God wants us to be humble.
For by the grace given me I say to every one of you: Do not think of yourself more highly than you ought, but rather think of yourself with sober judgement, in accordance with the measure of faith God has given you.
HE is before ALL.
being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.
I am so thankful that my Lord is carrying me onto completion until the day of Christ Jesus.
2 Corinthians 9:8
And God is able to make all grace abound in you, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work.
God’s grace is beautiful. His supply of grace is more than enough to help us abound in every good work.
“And the name of the city from that time on will be: THE LORD IS THERE.”
How beautiful is this verse? And how amazing it is to know that the Holy Spirit is dwelling in the lives of those who love Him! It is so comforting to be reminded of His presence. Praise Him!
